The Process; What We do for You

From the start, sometimes months in advance. All Around Sound will meet with you to discuss how your special event will take place. If it is a wedding for example, all arrangements are made to make sure the most special times of your night are smooth and memorable. Such as picking select songs for specific times and picking out your play list and activities.
Weddings are not the only event that we plan months for. Every event that we plan is "Handled with Care." In other words, its your night, why not make it exactly how you want. Which is why we have the Your Night, Your Way page so you can setup your event how you please.
At the event itself, we arrive 1.5 hours early, setup our equipment and collaborate with the photographers and the caterers. Depending on the event from the second people start to arrive, even if it is a few minutes early we start the party. Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, Dances and sweet 16's we "break the ice" with a few games and of course start handing out the awesome prizes. The only way to start a party is with the most involvement as possible.
However, with the variety of occasions we support there is a lot of room for other options and ideas. Think of us as your "Personal Entertainment Servant" for the night. You ask and you shall receive. |
